Overview
Reva is a swapping platform that connects college students to exchange clothing, home decor, and school supplies on campus. The goal is to reduce fast fashion waste and financial stress by promoting a student-centered circular economy.
Problem
Many college students face pressure to keep up with trends while managing tight budgets. Fast fashion offers a tempting fix, but often at the cost of sustainability. Existing resale platforms can be expensive, impersonal, or hard to use on campus.
Process
Reva was created using a human-centered design process: user interviews, affinity mapping, personas, journey mapping, and iterative prototyping. The design aimed to make swapping simple, social, and sustainable.
